Corporate Support

The HSO offers businesses a wide range of opportunities to partner with the HSO and to align business goals with support of the arts. Please call the HSO Development Office at 860.246.8742 ext. 321 for further information or email tgellin@hartfordsymphony.org.

Concert & Series Sponsorships
Sponsorships are available for individual concerts and in some cases, for an entire series of concerts. Sponsorships offer businesses a variety of publicity and entertaining benefits. In general, partial concert sponsorships for both the HSO’s winter season concerts and for the summer Talcott Mountain Music FestivalSM begin at $2,500.

In addition, concert sponsorships can be combined with ticket donations to some of the HSO’s educational programs serving the Hartford public schools, thereby accomplishing two goals-corporate visibility and community support.

Business Partners
This program offers small businesses some of the benefits of sponsorship. For payments of $500 to $2,000, businesses can become Business Partners of the HSO and obtain benefits similar to sponsorship benefits.

Support of Education
The HSO is very grateful for the business support we receive for our extensive educational programs, particularly Symphony in the Schools. Many businesses contributed to these valuable programs through their foundations.

Support of Community Programs

The HSO depends on business support to help produce our ever-growing roster of community programs.

Special Event Sponsorship
There are several opportunities each season for businesses to support the HSO’s special events, including the January Martin Luther King, Jr. “Celebrate the Dream”, the Spring Ball, and the Opening Night of the season in September.

Business sponsorships of these events are available at many levels; the benefits include tables and visibility as well as the intangible benefit of attendance at outstanding parties.

Business Trade Partners
The Hartford Symphony’s Business Trade Program offers businesses a unique opportunity to receive sponsor benefits and valuable exposure through playbill advertising, web site listings and concert tickets in exchange for a non-cash trade.
